When the prepared pieces are drying right oot the moisture escapes from the clay leaving tiny pores or air pockets through out. These tiny air pockets are what absorbes and hold the essential oils until naturally and gradually diffuses out of the dried terra cottta clay.
 
8cm clay circle with string and a wee wooden ball attached with a 15ml essential oil bottle of your choice. Please selct from the drop down bottom.
