Shipping and Returns
We're a small shipping team, (when I say team - that's a team of one! For now....) so please allow up to 7 - 10 days for your order to be shipped and an additional 1-3 days for domestic mail to deliver it.
Unfortunately, we currently do not ship outside the UK.
All parcels are sent 2nd class via Royal Mail (in the UK)
Our parcels are dispatched from our glorious wee village of Tighnabruaich on the west coast of Scotland - we are very rural and that can add a few extra days for packages to make it to the metropolis and sorting centres.

Free for orders over £75
Returns Policy
Argyll Botany will accept returns should items arrive defective, or damaged, in-store or online (including gift purchases).
Our customers are the reason we do this and sharing the magic is our biggest aim - if that magic doesn't meet your expectation, let us know and we will do our very best to make things right.
